Oriental Cultural Town

The project is located in Lingshan Bay Film Culture Industry Zone, West Coast of Qingdao City, and on the Southwestern Piedmont of Xiaozhushan Mountain, with Zhushan Mountain National Forest Park close to the east and north, and North Gaojiazhuang Village to the south, and Shanfeng Road to the west. The overall planning scope of the project is about 4,430 meters long, the north-south length is about 1,500 meters, the total planning area is 497.7 hectares (7465.8 mu), and the total construction area is about 420 thousand square meters. The total investment is about RMB 7.2 billion, and development cycle is 3 to 5 years, which is divided into three phases, jointly developed and operated by Qingdao Longhe Group and Qingdao West Coast Development Group.

Oriental Cultural Town Project has the industry characteristics of “Chinese culture, film industry and scenic spot”. We construct the Oriental Cultural Town with the ingenuity spirit, and show the Chinese cultural confidence. Wherein, the leading industry includes the Chinese Cultural Tourism Town, the Chinese Cultural Museum, the Film and Television Tourism Creation Center and so on.

After the project is completed, the project will mainly have two operations: film and television culture and tourism holidays. After full completion, it is expected to receive 5 million domestic and foreign tourists each year, resulting in more than RMB 4 billion of annual income and about RMB 400 million of annual revenue. The operation of the project will create 5,000 new job opportunities and more than 20,000 indirect jobs.
