Blue Town Langya Resort Coast

The project is created jointly by Qingdao Longhe Holding Group, Qingdao West Coast Tourism Investment Group and Song Weiping Team of Blue Town Group. The goal of the project is to build a small town featuring tourism orientation and multiple industries around Langyatai Scenic Spot, build a world-class coastal resort destination, and ultimately supply a gap in the mode of coastal resort destination in China.

The project site is located in Langya Town in Langyatai. The total investment for the start zone is RMB 20 billion. According to the thought of “one ring, one center, two corridors and four clusters”, we create a seashore resort destination in an all-around way. We fully respect the historical culture of Langyatai, abide by the requirements of the conservation plan for cultural relics, adhere to the concept of green development “ecological protection and cultural inheritance”, and form the four clusters characterized by low density and low volume, ecological care cluster, yacht leisure cluster, resort hotel cluster and spa cluster respectively. Wherein, the Cultural Tourism Project will begin construction in the first half of 2019 and will be completed by the end of 2020.
