Longhe Group has started to set foot in real estate development since 1997. The group has developed and built real estate and hotel programs, over one million square meters, such as, Longhe Town Big Valley, Nalu Bay (Fupeng Sheraton Hotel in Qingdao), Darling Harbour (Le Meridien International Hotel), Taiwan Amorous Feelings Street, Longhe Yihai International and Longhe Waterfront.       2014On June 3, 2014, the State Council has approved to establish a new economic zone on the west coast, which became the ninth new economy zone. In recent years, the economy in the west coast has developed quickly. Longhe Group has grasped the opportunity of developing the west coast and Qingdao and properly adjusted the business development direction from pure real estate to mainly middle- and high-level tourism, health care estate and high-star hotel. It has developed Nalu Bay and Darling Harbour Project in water town of west coast firstly, which was the prelude of high-end programs construction in water town. It has developed and built Longhe Town Big Valley by the foot of Xiaozhushan Mountain, a model of mountain villa owning private garden sitting on land of 9000mu. During 2014-2017, its major concept was ecological living and the inside self-improvement, during which period, Phase V of Big Valley Project have been developed. In 2016, it has started to approach to cultural tourism industry and has cooperated on Langyatai Holiday Coast program with Blue Town. In 2018, regarding to the standard of world cultural tourism, it has developed Oriental Cultural Town program with the perfect combination of art and oriental culture, constantly expressing the cultural connotation and depth of China in thousands of years.
