Main duties:

1. Responsible for the preparation of the draft concept of the research phase(construction);
2. Responsible for the establishment of a design unit database(building class) and responsible for the selection of design units(building class);
3. Responsible for the task statement preparation and design results control of the architectural design concept and program stage;
4. Responsible for project building expansion and construction drawing design task book preparation and design results control and project construction drawing submission and review;
5. Responsible for the statistics and analysis of project design changes(architecture), propose design optimization measures, and improve design management capabilities;
6. To be responsible for the selection and configuration of materials at the design and tendering stages(construction), and to follow up and study new materials, processes, technologies and equipment(construction);
7. Participate in the post-project evaluation work and be responsible for the evaluation of the project design system.
Post requirements:
1. Education requirements: full-time college education or above;
2. Professional requirements: Graduated from architecture related majors;
3. Experience requirements: more than 5 years of design design experience; At least 5 years experience in building design management in real estate industry;
4. Quality requirements: familiar with the real estate industry R&D design management process; Strong sense of responsibility, communication and coordination ability, innovative ability, team awareness.
