Main duties:

1. Responsible for the entry of all certificates of the group;

2. Responsible for the management of all the Group's financial books;
3. Responsible for the accounting and reconciliation of the group's financial transactions and asset accounts;
4. Responsible for the issuance of the Group's daily financial statements;
5. Responsible for financial internal documents management.
Post requirements:
1. Education requirements: full-time college education or above;
2. Professional requirements: graduated from accounting, financial management related majors;
3. Experience requirements: at least 5 years of accounting experience, at least 3 years of real estate development accounting and management experience; Ability to handle the financial management of a project independently.
4. Quality requirements: master financial office software; Familiar with real estate industry tax policy; Strong sense of responsibility, communication and coordination ability and team awareness.
