Main duties:
1. Be responsible for the technical management of the site and convey the relevant technical requirements of the company.
2. Be responsible for technical guidance of site hydropower project, inspect the construction quality of hydropower project.
3. Responsible for the production of hydropower technology for construction units, especially the underground pipelines, underground buildings, and the location and depth of structures in each construction area, as well as the relationship with neighboring units, to avoid safety accidents.
4. Be responsible for site progress management and supervise the construction units to complete the tasks according to the construction organization design and schedule plan; Timely report to the leader on the progress of individual projects and the main factors affecting the duration of the project.
5. Be responsible for site quality management, collect, sort out and keep quality management records and materials.
6. Coordinate the relations between construction units, resolve contradictions between units in a timely manner, eliminate construction interference, and ensure the duration of construction.
7. Responsible for supervising the construction of safety and civilization on the site, and find out the problem in a timely manner.
8. Responsible for reviewing the construction organization design, supervision and implementation details, various construction plans, and material plans for the hydropower industry.
9. Responsible for reviewing the design changes and on-site visas for the hydropower profession. The effects of design changes are repeatedly demonstrated to minimize design changes and ensure project quality and economic benefits.
10. Be responsible for the contact and communication with the company and the design Institute about the relevant drawings, design changes, Foundation grooves, subject acceptance, etc..
Post requirements:
1. Education requirements: Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Professional requirements: Construction equipment and engineering management and other related majors;
3. Work experience: At least 5 years working experience in project management of construction enterprise; At least 2 years management experience of real estate enterprises;
4. Professional title requirements: Engineer certificate;
5. Quality requirements: master the engineering construction of HVAC, drainage, fire protection, electrical professional knowledge, management and legal knowledge and real estate development; Familiar with national standards and industry standards; Familiar with project negotiation, bidding, project implementation management; Strong field engineering management and communication coordination ability; Strong ability to diagnose and solve engineering construction problems.
