III. Qualifications Needed for Bidders:

1. Bidders must have independent legal personality;

2. Bidders shall have the relevant engineering grade qualifications (construction level 1 and above of general contracting houses); 

3. Bidders shall have a corresponding number of professionals and equipment;

4. No joint venture bidding is allowed for this project.

IV. Registration:
